MGMT has made “Alien Days” available for streaming. The track is a shimmering, psychedelic soundscape and the first single from the band’s forthcoming third LP, which is tentatively due out next June. Andrew VanWyngarden recently told us that the song is “about that feeling when a parasitic alien is in your head, controlling things.”

I’m sure everyone can relate.
